TICKLE TICKLE

Cast the woman and a man both fairly young.

(Long shot. Woman and man lying down on the grass

In a park both propped up on their elbows.

They are looking straight at each other,

the woman has a feather in her hand.

(Move to close shot over mans shoulder

looking at woman. The woman blows the dandilion)

Woman                                  Do you want to murder?

(Reverse shot man switching back

to over the shoulder shot of woman)

WOMAN                               A dark deed.

(The woman gets up quickly and runs out of frame.)

(Close shot of woman and man

both holding on to a tree trunk (Sequoa)

looking at each other, closer shot of

woman  over mans shoulder holding

on to tree trunk.)

WOMAN                               Tell me why you want to get out of here?

Are you lost?

(reverse close up shot of man switching back to close shot of woman)

WOMAN                               No my lord I fear you not.

(Medium shot of man and woman.

Man stays static while woman swings

off round tree trunk and goes out of frame)

(Cut to winged lion woman is draped

around winged lion swings around lion)

WOMAN                               Where do you go to in winter when the dark chill nights draw in?

WOMAN                               Are you a man or a mouse?

WOMAN                               Why do you flee from me?

Is it love or hate?

It’s said they’re two sides of the same coin.

Love you hate you, love me hate me all in the same day.

WOMAN                               In dreams I dreamed I was going mad for your love such things we did together, yet love can turn to hate like quicksilver.

(Cut to rhododendrums.)

WOMAN                               I’ve heard it said you’re afraid of your own sexuality afraid that if the dam bursts you might drown in your own emotions.

WOMAN                               Murder me and you murder yourself.

(Lying on ground tickles his foot after taking off one of his shoes.)

WOMAN                               Tickle tickle are you fickle?

Passions are roused.

WOMAN                               Do you hate the world enough to decrease its population by one?

A small decrease soon replaced, think of all those babies being born.

(Gets up walks out of picture fast he follows.)

(Cut to in front of old house

WOMAN                               Tickle tickle I’ll drive you to distraction.

WOMAN                               But beware madness, madness may have no rhyme or reason yet still it may have purpose.

(Reaches out to his stomach)

WOMAN                               Tickle tickle, come into my web said the spider to the fly for love can make traitors of us all we all kill the things we love.

(Close up of woman.)

WOMAN                               Have you ever felt out of control? A heady sense of freedom, an unburdening of the soul. There’s many a time when I’d happily have swapped  happiness for serenity, the hot fires of passion for the release of hate, the feeling burning inside you like acid dripping from your lips and burning anything it touches, being nursed and husbanded, sown and reaped in multitude.

(Close up of man.)

WOMAN                               Come murder me if you can.

(Close up of woman)

WOMAN                               My eyes are like diamonds glowing in the sun my lips are pearls harvested from the deepest ocean.

(Wide shot looking vertically up at woman’s face

she is siting up with her head thrown back.)

WOMAN                               Laughs (echoes)

(Woman leans forward pokes feather into lens)

WOMAN                               Tickle tickle.

(Fade to black).
